2.8 Main structure: the main shaft swivel adopts the latest technical achievements of the company. The main shaft bearing is specially arranged and lubricated to reduce the operating friction temperature and noise of the bearing and greatly improve the service life of the bearing. In addition, the swivel is strictly subject to precision dynamic balance treatment to ensure stable performance during high-speed operation and meet the requirements of rapidly improving production efficiency.

2.9. Spindle material: first use 45# material, after a series of heat treatment and multiple processing, all mating parts and keyways are hardened, which will not be damaged during disassembly and assembly and is durable

3.4. Upper and lower shaft: Taiwan Wanxin 2HP electric hydraulic motor lifting

3.6. Cable arrangement: Taiwan Wanxin 1.5KW reduction motor + precision ball screw

3.7. Electrical appliances: PLC control + Weilun touch screen, meter counter (Yangming); other electrical appliances adopt Chint or Tiande products; meter counter is installed before stranding machine.

4. Automatic protection function (under normal power supply):

4.1. Braking: any of the following conditions will automatically stop the brake:

(1). Meter arrival; Open the door; Internal or external break wire;

(2) The lifting table up; Press the emergency stop button.

4.2 Startup: it cannot be started under the following conditions:

(1). The lifting table is not down right leve;

(2). The door is not closed properly;

(3). Twist wire loose;
