High Speed 90+50 Cable Extrusion Line

Application: 

Suitable for PVC, PE etc. plastic extrusion, mainly used for power wire, computer wire, insulated wire sheath, building wire etc. production. Equipment constitute: It is composed of double head pay-off rack ( Japanese style), straightening machine, mainframe, main control cabinets, basin, accumulator, tractor, take-up machine etc. Optional active pay-off rack, copper pre-heater, powder machine, low smoke halogen free specialized screw, low-density screw, high-density screw, laser gauge tester and PLC computer process control.

Power supply: 3-phase 5 wire system, 380V (± 10%), 50HZ, single-phase control voltage 220V.
The operating system of the whole machine is controlled by Siemens PLC module, which can be controlled by single action or linkage. And through Siemens 10.1 inch touch screen visual operation.
Operator panel, to be fit in a suitable position close to the drawing machine, with all push buttons and lamps needed for the easy and correct use of the line supplied with a HMI Display.
